Intellecta Solutions Ltd ("Intellecta") provides the following service to you, subject to these Terms of Service, which may be updated periodically without notice. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this web site any further. Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in account termination.
Description of Service
J2EECertificate.com (herein referred to as "the Service") is a web-based service that provides practice test questions for students who are studying for the Sun Certified Web Component Developer for J2EE Platform exam (SCWCD 1.3 CX-310-080). When a member is registered with J2EECertificate.com, a personal certification centre is created in which they can study for the exam by doing practice tests. Members can keep track of their progress relating to the results of the practice tests ("the Member Content"), which reside on J2EECertificate.com's servers. This Service is accessed and updated through a web browser.
J2EECertificate.com may be used in assisting students to prepare for the Sun Certified Web Component Developer for J2EE Platform Platform exam. Neither Sun Microsystems nor Intellecta warrants that the use of this site will ensure passing of the Sun Certified Web Component Developer for J2EE Platform exam.
All mock exams contained on this site relate solely to J2EECertificate.com and do not constitute or imply certification by Sun Microsystems in respect to of any Sun Certified examination. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Intellecta, its authors or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Modifications to Service
Intellecta reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, at any time and from time to time, the Service (or any function or feature of the Service or any part thereof) with or without notice to you or to anyone else. You agree that Intellecta will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or for any loss of data or other damages associated with discontinuing the service without notice.
No Resale of Service
The Service is provided for your use only and you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, transfer, resell or exploit your membership in the Service for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. You agree not to permit anyone else to use your member account.
Termination
You agree that Intellecta, in its sole discretion, may terminate your member account, and remove and discard any Member Content within the Service, for any reason, including and without limitation, the lack of use of free member account, an expired paid subscription, or if Intellecta believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the Terms of Service. Any contracts, verbal or written or assumed, in conjunction with your deleted membership and all its parts, at Intellecta's discretion, will be terminated as well. You agree that Intellecta shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.
Use of Web Site Materials
All software, documents, web site design, text, logos, sound, images, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof, and all other elements of the J2EECertificate.com web site are the sole and exclusive property of Intellecta and are protected by copyright, intellectual property, trade dress and other applicable laws and may not be copied, modified, published, imitated, distributed, or transmitted in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Intellecta. Please report any such instances of use to abuse@j2eecertificate.com.
