Why do I need to register?

When you register, we’ll create an account for you to identify you on future visits. Each time you finish a practice test, your results are recorded so you’ll be able to track the progress of your studies. So, the next time you sign in, you’ll be able to carry on from where you last left off.

I’ve registered with this site but I didn’t received a password. What should I do?

In the past, some members have reported that e-mails from us are caught by their spam filter. Please check your spam folders. You can also request for your password to be re-sent by clicking here. If all fails, just send an e-mail to support@j2eecertificate.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I change the password that was sent to me?

Yes to change your password, just sign in to the certification centre by following this link. You will also need your current password.
